OCI has created a layer on top of state of the art LLM's to fine tune the scope for immigration related categories like Green Card, Visas, University Applications and Finding jobs in US. Further, OCI's AI agent architecture uses state of the art AI technologies to build a seamless AI immigration plan generator and task executioner. OCI also provides granular matching of experts / lawyers based on user's needs so the user can get the best value for their asks.

One Click Immigration uses state of the art encryption technologies to store user and expert's PII data in an encrypted way both at rest and while transit. We do not sell your data to any third party but our platform ensures highest level of security. Also, our AI scanning technology just scans the user's document for verification but doesn't store any data from those ID's. We only store the data which user enters through our basic form filling interfaces.

If a user books a call with an expert , there are two scenarios here - 1) User doesn't show up : If a user doesn't show up and expert does, there is a no refund for this as we value our expert's time and pay them for their valuable time. - In case a user cancels the call 3 hours before the scheduled meeting start time, then we refund 70 % of the amount back to the user. - In case a user cancels the call 12 hours before the scheduled meeting start time, we refund 100 % of the amount minus any processing fee. But if the call was scheduled in less than 12 hours time frame, and end up cancelling the call with just 3 hours before the meeting start time, then we refund 70 % of the amount back to the user. 2) Expert doesn't show up : If an expert doesn't up but user does , then we refund full money back to the user. No questions asked ! 3) Both user and expert do not show up : If for some reason, both user and expert didn't show up and meeting status was pending, there is no refund as we expect user's to be responsible for attending their scheduled meeting and our expert will also not be paid as they didn't show up either.

The easiest way to cancel, is to go to your session link on your profile. You can access this from your dashboard. There's a cancel button in there - if you've already paid, the refund is issued immediately (pertaining to our cancellation policy), with any fees being deducted if they are applicable. Check out the cancellation / no show policy FAQ. Important: The refund is issued instantaneously via Stripe (which we use as our payment provider). However, depending on your card provider, banks can take up to 5-10 days to show this refund in your statement. If you don't see the refund for any reason, please just drop us a note on "Contact Us" section on the website. We are all quite responsive, so you should hear back from us in less than a day. In most case, our customers say, our turnaround time on an average is 1-2 hours.

If you have a green card or alumni of a US university or have a job in a US company or have received B1/B2 , H1B, J1 , O1 visa in the US , then you are eligible to apply as an expert. If you have a valid bar ID , then you can apply as a lawyer. You are free to set your per hour charge rate. We usually recommend a certain upper limit for the per hour price in order to drive higher engagement/booking rate. Our platform takes standard 15 % cut from your per slot charge. At the same time our Wallet system lets you redeem points in the form of credit applied to your call bookings when you accept a user call booking request. That way you can make more money. If you make referrals and other experts / lawyers sign up , you get 10 points. These points can be redeemed when a user books a call with you.
